It is impossible not to be in love with Ojai. In our short but great getaway last month not only we enjoyed this Californian little town and the nature surrounding it but we also discovered -besides the coolest motel- what I consider the most amazing used-book store I have ever seen to date.
Bart’s Books is kind of indoor-outdoor space in which selves full of books are distributed creating a more than appealing laberinth and in which you can spend hours -literally- seating in the shade while discovering all their books. Slow but steady.

Es imposible no quedar encantado con Ojai. En nuestra breve pero intensa escapada el mes pasado no solo disfrutamos de este pequeño pueblo Californiano y de toda la naturaleza que lo rodea sino que además descubrimos -a parte del motel más cool- la que considero la tienda de libros usados más fascinante que haya visto nunca, hasta la fecha.
Bart’s Books es un local medio abierto-medio cerrado, en el que las estanterías repletas de libros se disponen creando un laberinto de lo más apetecible y en el que uno puede pasar horas -literalmente- sentado a la sombra, descubriendo todos sus libros. Sin prisa pero sin pausa.
